If you need assistance moving through the airport or boarding, tell the operator your route and requirements in advance. Assistance is arranged with the carrier and airport.
Travelling with children
Children’s fares, assistance and pushchair conditions are checked separately. This form currently accepts requests for adult passengers.
Travelling with a pet
Arrange pet travel before purchasing your ticket. Details of the animal, carrier and route are needed; conditions and availability are confirmed by the airline.
